How to reach us when something is not clear.

Open Help in the menu. Browse these guides, or send us a message: pick the type (a problem, an idea, a question or help getting set up), write what happened and send.

Our replies appear in the same place, and the bell lets you know when one arrives. You can reply there too. Include what you were doing and on which screen. A screenshot helps.
