Clients

Your client list, what each client owes, and their details.

Clients lists everyone you work for, with what they owe and what they have paid over time.

• Search by name, phone, plate or VIN.
• Add client for a new one. Business clients have extra fields: company name, VAT number and Tax Identification Code, used on VAT invoices.
• Filter by tags you create, for example "fleet" or "VIP".

A client's page

• Their cars, last visit, balance owed and lifetime total.
• Statement of account: every invoice and payment, ready to print.
• Credit limit: the balance turns red when a client reaches it.
• Preferred language: English or Greek, used for the SMS and emails they receive.

Clients never get an account and never need to sign up. Their only contact with Mechy is the messages and links you send them.
