Expenses

Record rent, utilities, supplies and other running costs.

Expenses is for the costs of running the workshop, such as rent, electricity, tools and supplies.

• + Add an expense with date, category, amount and description.
• Pick a date range and category to see the total.

Expenses appear in Reports and in the accountant export. Supplier parts invoices can be recorded as expenses automatically when you scan them (see "Scan a supplier invoice").
