Scan a supplier invoice

Photograph a parts invoice instead of typing it.

On a job's parts list, tap Scan supplier invoice and take a photo of the invoice from your supplier.

1. Mechy reads the lines and shows them for you to check.
2. Match each line to a part you already have, or leave it blank to create a new part.
3. Add all. The parts go onto the job with their cost prices, which feeds your profit reports.

In Settings → Bookkeeping you can also choose to record each scanned invoice as an expense automatically. Leave it off if your accountant handles purchases.
