Reports and the accountant export

How the business is doing, and the files your accountant needs.

Reports has five tabs:

• Financial: revenue, average invoice, VAT, money owed, labour against parts, and payments by method.
• Operations: jobs created and completed, turnaround time, no-shows and cancellations, and staff performance.
• Inventory: best-selling parts and low stock.
• Clients & Vehicles: new clients, cars serviced, top clients and upcoming service reminders.
• Accountant: VAT by invoice for any period, plus the export.

Profit

Mechy shows gross profit and margin per period, based on the cost prices of the parts you used. The more parts have a cost price, the more accurate it is. Mechy tells you how many are missing.

Accountant export

Download six spreadsheet files for any period: invoices, credit notes, receipts, debtors, VAT and expenses. Or add your accountant as a user with the Accountant role, so they can open Reports themselves and nothing else.
