Booking cars in, moving them, and seeing the day at a glance.

Appointments is your booking diary.

Views

Switch between one day, three days, a week or a month. Today jumps back to the current day. Days you are closed are shaded, based on your working hours.

Booking a car

1. Tap + Add (or tap a day in the week or month view).
2. Pick the client and car, or add a new one from the same form.
3. Choose the job type and time. Leave the time open for a car that arrives whenever it can.

If you leave the client, car and job type empty, the time is simply blocked out and no job is created.

Closed days

You can still book on a closed day. Tap Book anyway. Emergencies do not keep office hours.

When the car arrives

Open the appointment and turn it into a job. Nothing needs typing again: the appointment and the job are one record.

Reminders

If your plan includes SMS, the client gets a reminder before the appointment.

Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar in Settings to see bookings in the calendar you already use. Changes flow both ways: moving an event in Google moves the appointment in Mechy.
