Parts, labour, notes, the timer and telling the client the car is ready.

Parts list

Add parts from your stock or as items to order. Each part is marked STOCK (from your shelf) or ORDER (to be bought). Quantities and prices can be edited right in the list. You can also scan a part's barcode, or scan the supplier's invoice to add everything on it at once.

Labour

Add labour lines with a description and price. The timer records the time actually spent. Start it, stop it, then keep, change or discard the time.

Quotation and invoice draft

The draft total updates as you work. When the price is agreed, lock the quotation. This tells the client the car is ready and what they owe.

Car ready SMS

Send "car is ready" SMS tells the client the amount due and your closing time, so you do not have to phone.
