The Workboard

Every job in the shop and where each one stands.

The Workboard lists every job and its status, so anyone in the workshop can see what is happening.

• List: all of today's jobs, with jobs from earlier days that are still not delivered at the top.
• Shop overview and By technician: who is working on what. These appear on the detailed job flow.
• Live shows today. Use the arrows to look at other days.
• Sort by time, name or status, and filter by tag.

Tap the A A button to make the whole board bigger. It is useful on a tablet mounted in the workshop, where the board is read from a distance. The setting is remembered on that device.

Simple or detailed flow

In Settings → Job flow you choose how much status tracking you want. On the simple flow nobody picks a status. A job moves by itself from Not started, to In progress, to Waiting collection, to Delivered. The detailed flow tracks every stage: arrived, inspecting, ordering parts, waiting for parts, in progress, completed.
