The Dashboard

What the first screen shows and what to do with it.

The Dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It answers one question: what needs doing now?

• Cars in the shop: every car that has arrived and is not finished yet, with its plate and what it is waiting on. Tap a car to open its job.
• Not checked out: finished cars waiting for payment or pickup. Red means ready for more than 7 days; orange means ready today.
• Today: appointments, jobs in progress, jobs completed and money collected today.
• Attention needed: overdue balances, parts on order, parts running low and cars due a service.
• Tomorrow's appointments, and a week and month summary you can open when you want the numbers.

The New job button at the top starts a job straight away.
