Next-visit notes that resurface
A note left on today's job appears as a banner on that car's next job, instead of sitting unread in a history nobody opens.

Digital vehicle inspections
A categorised red / amber / green checklist with photos, done on a phone in the bay. The result rolls up onto the job and onto the customer's own page.
Photos taken and cropped on the spot
Capture straight from the camera, crop before it uploads, and it is attached to the right check. No gallery, no transferring files later.
Checklists you write yourself
Inspection templates are yours to edit. What a general garage checks is not what a tyre shop checks, and neither should be stuck with ours.

A red or amber item can name the part it needs, split into what is in stock and what has to be ordered, without leaving the checklist.

Stock that keeps itself honest
Parts, quantities and low-stock warnings. Putting a part on a job takes it out of stock — no spreadsheet, no monthly count to find out what went missing.
Barcode scanning, on any phone
Scan parts in on delivery and onto a job. Works offline, decodes on the device, and costs nothing per scan.
Supplier invoices, scanned
Photograph a supplier's parts invoice and the lines are read off it into the job — and, if you want, recorded as an expense at the same time.

Everything on order across every job, in one place, with an arrived state. It clears itself when the job is invoiced, so ignoring it costs nothing.
Getting paid
Invoices, credit notes and quotations
One renderer produces all three, printed and emailed identically, in the customer's own language. A quotation can be approved by the customer from a link.
Take payment online
Connect your own Stripe account and take a deposit or the full amount from a link. The money goes to your account, not ours.
Prepayments and part payments
Take something up front against a job, or settle an invoice in stages. Every payment prints an 80mm receipt from the same numbering.
What you actually made
Profit per job from the real cost of the parts you bought, not the list price. Debtors, expenses and VAT alongside it.
An export your accountant will accept
Six CSVs — invoices, credit notes, receipts, debtors, VAT and expenses — covering the one part of the paper day that had nothing behind it.

A car passport link
Send a customer a link to their own car — history, inspections, what was found and what it cost. No login, and it stays live between visits.
